Role Summary: CBRE GWS Croatia is seeking a dedicated and professional receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the face of our office, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experience of our visitors and supporting our staff with your organizational prowess.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visitor Management: Greet and direct visitors with a warm welcome, provide accurate information to callers, and handle file correspondence with attention to detail.

  • Facilities Oversight: Monitor facilities issues, log service requests promptly, and assist in event management while supporting our Facility Manager with comprehensive reports.

  • Office Maintenance: Ensure our office environment is immaculate, tidy, and presentable.

  • Operational Support: Utilize your knowledge of standard operating procedures to deliver quality service and provide technical support during larger office moves and shuffles.

  • Lost & Found Management: Oversee the management of lost and found items, upholding the integrity of our data management systems.

  • Building Ambassadorship: Act as a proactive ambassador for our building, offering solutions to issues and serving as a liaison with other client service providers.

  • Supplier Coordination: Work closely with supplier personnel and subcontractors, log issues, and ensure compliance with supplier processes.

  • Financial Duties: Support the operational budget management, streamline the invoice process, and maintain meticulous records of invoices and purchase orders.

  • Innovation and Improvement: Recommend initiatives that contribute to revenue, enhance local operations, and support the deployment of these initiatives at the site level.

Qualifications:

Experience: At least one year in a similar receptionist or customer service role.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.

Language: Fluency in English and Croatian is essential.

Communication: Persuasive communication skills to effectively interact with visitors and team members.

Technical Skills : Good PC knowledge and familiarity with office software.

Financial Awareness: Basic understanding of financial processes and budget management.

Composure: Ability to maintain calm and professionalism under pressure.
