Kia ora CBRE Wellington is looking for a Registered Senior Commercial Valuer to join their team. The role provides an outstanding opportunity to work across Wellington and the neighbouring Hutt Valley and Porirua Cities.

Pick up existing commercial portfolios across a broad range of assets, ensuring opportunities to grow a sustainable client base.
To work in Wellington’s largest valuation team across residential/commercial and specialist property classes.

About you - Mō koe:
Registered Commercial valuer with a desire to live and work in the Wellington region
Experienced in valuing property within New Zealand (specific Wellington knowledge not required)
Customer service orientated with excellent communication skills
