CBRE Wellington is looking for a Property Manager to manager four buildings for our clients based in the heart of the CBD.

This role is open to candidates with a property management background who want to develop their career, or are looking for a career change and can demonstrate skills and experiences that would make them a great Property Manager.

The Opportunity! - Te āhei

Working with an onsite building management team, you will be responsible for ensuring your portfolio of 4 commercial assets in Wellington CBD is managed in a premium condition with high quality levels of presentation and operation. This role is accountable for the timely delivery of internal reporting, the accurate management of property-related information and the co-ordination of customer-centric initiatives throughout the assets.

About you - Mō koe:

  • A property related qualification and proven experience in commercial, industrial or retail property management beneficial

  • Strong experience within lease administration and renewal negotiations highly advantageous

  • Previous experience in a property related role a must

  • A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
