About the Role:
As a CBRE CVS Coordinator, you will be a member strong, passionate, and driven by strategy Team. Our goal is to deliver operational excellence at scale, and to be a trusted provider of leveraged business process services to CBRE’s polish entity, driving efficiency in daily operations and supporting top-line growth.
This job is part of the CBRE BSO Corporate P2P Team:
Global Team of accounting professionals located in Warsaw and Hyderabad,
We work in hybrid model - visiting our newly refurbished office once a week,
We value working flexibly with a focus on strategic goals delivery, and managing the change and ambiguity.
What You’ll Do:
Review of incoming requests for vendors and customers and properly process them in the global accounting system as per the SOX Controls,
Continuously improve master data processes, ensuring compliance with SOX controls and industry best practices.
Engage with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to align master data practices with organizational goals.
Co-operate with the Third-party provider to action the periodic review items,
Performing Negative screening check
Co-operation with validation team
Establish and monitor KPIs, driving performance excellence across the team.
Identify and mitigate risks related to data integrity, privacy, and compliance.
Summarize and report the findings on daily basis, actioning the open items as per daily KPI’s.
Support the team on Ad-hoc tasks.
Co-operation with P2P, Business, Local finance to assists with their requests.
What You’ll Need:
Experience: Significant experience in data management, preferably in a multinational environment.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, driving results and fostering collaboration.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align data management practices with broader business objectives.
Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills, familiarity with global accounting systems, and understanding of database maintenance.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
