ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate role acts as a leverage point for Hana Senior Leadership in driving achievement of strategic targets across occupiers, investors and owners. The role supports leadership and engages in special projects within the business unit.
Serves as a liaison between executives, internal management and employees, clients, and visitors as required; reviews, requests, schedules appointments and meetings. Relieves executive of routine matters and handles many questions without escalating to the executive(s).
Creates, maintains, and/or updates various databases. Extrapolates, analyzes, and presents data for management information reporting purposes.
Completes expense reports and handles the reconciliation of receipts for a designated work group or for executive leaders.
Coordinates data from a variety of sources for inclusion in technical reports and presentations; performs independent research and prepares information for special projects as assigned.
Plans and supports local/region/national/global meetings and special events: details to include budgeting, invitee list, managing vendors, travel, awards, etc.
Reviews work processes to ensure compliance with business standards and to identify work improvements. Works with others to develop improvements to create timely and efficient workflow for the department.
Support recruitment and onboarding of external talent including job descriptions development, sourcing and positions of roles in conjunction with Talent Management/Recruiting teams.
Aide in defining and supporting business operational metrics.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum two years professional experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Ability to effectively present information.
Strong program management skills: ability to envisage and develop projects/programs to solve for specific needs impacting various stakeholders/businesses.
