Responsible for the day-to-day real estate management of this new portfolio you will enjoy building/ maintaining strong stakeholder relationships whilst implementing and delivering the overall portfolio strategy across the client’s portfolio (mixture of owned and leased assets).

The Opportunity

  • Day to day management and reporting of the client portfolio (40+ sites across Aus & NZ with scope to expand further).

  • Working with the client to develop, implement and lead a best-practice real estate strategy and delivering associated transaction activity.

  • Managing a combination of self-delivered transactions and partnering with local teams or brokers to strategize and deliver complex, high value transactions.

  • Liaising with Lease Administration & Finance team(s) to report all portfolio matters including, monthly billing, invoice variances and critical date management.

  • Preparing business approval documents and related financial analysis.

  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies for CBRE.

About you:

  • Experienced in portfolio or estates management with some transactions experience

  • Qualifications in real estate, facilities management, or related field, advantageous

  • Certificate of registration as required
