About the opportunity:
Your role involves determining platform requirements and processes across business lines, building productive relationships with key stakeholders, and defining and scoping initiatives & strategies.
You will also manage a small team to ensure cohesive platform operations, meeting operational deadlines and service level agreements.
Manage, deliver and implement (alongside the Platform team) processes and platform improvements to ensure the best outcome for the business stakeholders.
Develop a deep understanding of the existing business platforms (CEP) and technology requirements.
About you:
We're seeking a candidate with tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, and significant experience in similar roles, with a track record of delivering complex technology projects and managing time-critical operations.
Ability to quickly understand existing business platforms and technology requirements will be crucial in managing and delivering processes and platform improvements.
Strong decision-making and communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in an agile environment.
Experience managing a teams to deliver business outcomes.
Experience on Salesforce and MarketIQ.
