This crucial role will gather and disseminate valuable tenant partner insights, track opportunities, and mitigate risks. You will collaborate and support senior leaders internally and externally to drive the success of strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities:
Gather and disseminate tenant partner intelligence, opportunity tracking, risk mitigation and engagement planning
Manage key documentation that captures deep insights regarding tennant partners
Work with leasing team to communicate benefits to key stakeholders, tenant partners and employees
Plan, create and lead projects and events that support and amplify North Stars and Property Experience strategy.
Manage and engage appropriate consultants, curators and facilitators to implement events and strategies

Tertiary qualifications business, project management, marketing, behavioural science or related field.
Consulting experience, leadership, or senior management
Excellent communication and project management skills
Background in innovation roles and event curation
