Opportunity for a motivated HSE professional looking to further their career in a diverse and exciting business. The role will work closely with a key client and all CBRE lines of business, ensuring the implementation of robust HSE management systems and procedures to support and deliver a safe and effective work environment.
The opportunity:
Provide Health, Safety & Environment Support to the Property Management business, specifically our Strategic Client Account.
Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to provide subject matter expert advice, education and support to drive positive HSE outcomes and behaviours.
Support and deliver the implementation of initiatives and projects to manage health and safety risks.
Coordinate incident reporting, investigation, regulatory reporting and RTW to ensure compliance.
Conduct and assist in audit preparation in the lead up to internal and third party audits.
Deliver HSE training.
About you:
3+ years of experience in a HSE or related role, ideally within a larger corporate environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage and influence at all business levels.
Pragmatic time management and organisational skills.
A strong ability to interpret data and key performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel interstate as the role requires.
Qualified AS/NZS 4801 and/or Safety Map Auditor, RTW Coordinator, iCAM or Tap Root investigation certification is advantage.
