Join us to revolutionise property experiences. We’re seeking an ISPT Experience Advisor to enhance tenant partner experiences across Office, Retail, Industrial, Health, and Education sectors. You will collaborate across teams to champion and propel strategic initiatives and innovations that maximise value. You'll oversee a dynamic portfolio across Melbourne, Perth, and Adelaide or Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra. Join us and make a significant impact in the property industry!

The Opportunity:

  • Develop our understanding of tenant partner business drivers and operations to foster deeper relationships and engagement

  • Lead the development and continuation of Tenant Partner Plans to capture and drive relevant tactics and initiatives that build value for tenant partners and ISPT.

  • Ensure the development of Life Cycle Engagement Plans are aligned to Tenant Partner Plans, overseeing their implementation and adaptation

  • Work with the leasing team to communicate to prospects the benefits to senior leadership as well as employees, of being a tenant partner at an ISPT building.

  • Plan, create and lead projects and events that support and amplify the North Stars and Property Experience Strategy as required, including but not limited to panel discussions, talks, problem solving, entertainment, workshops and meetings, as the Tenant Partner Plans and networks evolve.

  • Find, engage and manage the appropriate consultants, curators and facilitators to implement niche and intimate events and projects that align with strategies and event calendars

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in behavioural science, marketing, business, or related field.

  • Consulting experience, leadership, or senior management

  • Strong rapport building, networking, and communication skills.

  • Blend of strategic and operational expertise.

  • Background in innovation roles and event curation.

  • Financial acumen and digital proficiency.
