Support sustainability strategies for a key client account Commercial, Industrial and Retail assets

Long term energy and ESG objectives within a building property services environment

Sydney | Land of the Gadigal people

Reporting to the ESG Manager you will support the implementation of cost – effective sustainability solutions and produce quality data analysis and reports by applying sustainability principles. You will collaboratively with the Client’s Sustainability and Engineering teams and the internal team to build strong stakeholder relationships.

Here is a snapshot of your day:

  • Build data management, data monitoring and track to targets (energy, water, waste )

  • Assist and produce ESG site reporting.

  • Identify potential initiatives and value-adding industry practices.

  • Perform data analysis of ESG metrics, strategic objectives or targets and overall business performance.

  • Coordinate regular, scheduled audit and reporting as required.

Here are some of the strengths you'll possess and the background you need to be successful:

  • Demonstrated working experience in ESG related discipline

  • Tertiary qualifications in a property / technical / facilities field desired

  • Exposure to property onsite facilities services desirable

  • Logical and analytical thought process

  • Intermediate level in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Customer service focus and performance outcome orientation with key stakeholders.
