CBRE's Development and Infrastructure team is a full-service advisory, providing strategy, feasibility, planning, procurement, structured transactions and delivery of large scale, complex development and infrastructure projects across Australia. Our Healthcare team focuses on complex Health projects and is currently involved in several new hospital developments.

About the role:

  • Assist the existing team with consultancy work on large scale Healthcare developments.

  • Business case and functional brief development.

  • Specialist major medical equipment advisory including scoping, procurement, design management, operational commissioning and go-live activities.

  • Client liaison (clinical staff) and stakeholder/relationship management.

  • Facilitation of meetings and workshops with medical professionals.

  • Strategic planning and equipment advisory.

About you

  • We’re looking for a Healthcare professional and are open to diverse clinical backgrounds including Radiographers, Radiation Therapists and Nurses.

  • Candidates with experiencing working for a healthcare company in roles such as Application Specialist, Product Specialist and Sales would also be suitable.

  • No Property/Development experience is required, we’ll rely on your knowledge and expertise in the Healthcare space and upskill you in the rest!

  • Team player who collaborates and shares information.

  • Strong communication skills. You should thrive on connections and relationships with the ability to build rapport and influence.

  • Detail focus and report writing skills. You’ll have an eye for detail and take pride in your work.
