About the role:

The Workplace Program Coordinator provides workplace services and operational support to increase personal productivity and effectiveness. Our goal is to make it easier for employees to take care of themselves beyond their day-to-day work responsibilities by giving them access to amenities and perks.

This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating activities related to delivery of workplace programs for our clients, specifically the company store through high-touch services and world-class customer service. The Coordinator will assist with day to day operations, customer service via email, website updates, data entry and meeting and event day of support.

What you will do:

o Responds to customer requests and complaints regarding in a friendly, professional manner.

o Assist with data entry and website updates

o Attend, move meetings, and coordinate all moves with client contacts with high level organization skills; ability to take impactful notes and proactively share updates.

o Maintains relationships with vendors that provide services and goods

o Provides operational support for delivery of Workplace Programs. Services include, but are not limited to speciality fairs, vendor support, meeting and event support and community building.

o Utilizes and maintains integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery, as requested.

o Ensures client and company materials comply with client and company brand guidelines.

o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in ambiguity; highly adaptable and flexible.

o Update process documentation.

o Provide support for delivery of onsite events and services (i.e. gift fairs).

o Performs other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

HS Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of Previous experience in event planning at convention centers or as concierge in hospitality industry preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

  • Open and flexible work schedules.

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, and memos and ask clarifying questions. Desire to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

  • Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor, being able to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help.

  • Apply a high level of attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written skills.

  • Ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility. This includes standing in position for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and/or pulling, and frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Program Coordinator position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Program Coordinator position is $67,496 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications,and experience.
