Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional facility management services?
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as the Singapore Country Lead. In this role, you will manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a complex facility or portfolio of buildings. Leading a large team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients and stakeholders, while managing the country's P&L.

What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain positive client relationships, addressing unresolved facility issues promptly and professionally
Communicate with clients on property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, and work order progress reports
Manage and coach our facilities staff to deliver excellent service levels within budget
Research and implement new processes and technology to enhance operational efficiency
Recommend strategic facility management objectives for clients and review budget reports
Develop and enforce environmental health and safety procedures, including emergency action plans and disaster recovery protocols
Conduct facility inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Produce and maintain various facility management reports, presenting them to clients on a monthly basis
Oversee the management of capital projects
Ensure compliance with our NO PO No WORK policy and issue purchase orders to service partners
Conduct regular performance reviews with key service partners
Raise change requests prior to electrical/mechanical repairs and obtain client approval
Raise change requests for any changes in scope of services or portfolio changes with commercial impact
Deliver services as per the client's contractual requirements, guiding the team accordingly
Utilize PC and/or PDA for work order systems, email, ESS, and training
Prepare and manage the P&L for the country
Fulfill other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Provide formal supervision to individual employees within a functional or operational area
Approve subordinate's recommendations for recruitment, selection, promotion, corrective action, and termination
Plan and monitor appropriate staffing levels and labor utilization, including overtime
Prepare and deliver performance appraisals for staff
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their competencies
Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with the company's values
What You Need:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a Technical or Mechanical field
Minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in facilities management
Extensive experience in managing large facilities or campuses, encompassing at least 0.5 million sq ft across multiple sites in Singapore
Proven experience in managing account P&L
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a large team
Excellent stakeholder management abilities
In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to facility management
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in using technology tools such as PC, PDA, work order systems, and email
