As a CBRE Program Director, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an
assigned market or high-profile client accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
What You’ll Do:
Manage all aspects of project management for multiple real estate projects, from planning to closeout.
Collaborate directly with clients to prepare project elements, such as scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, work plans, quality control, and risk identification.
Define project delivery resources, evaluating proposals and recommending resources to clients.
Facilitate the development of project charters and integrated timelines.
Ensure project functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
Conduct regular project status meetings for active and pending projects.
Collaborate with the project team to develop solutions and guide implementation to successful completion.
Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new methods for achieving objectives.
Demonstrate expertise in your job discipline and possess in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization.
Coach and mentor others to develop expertise within the function.
Lead by example, embodying CBRE RISE values, and persuade others, even at senior levels and with differing interests, to adopt new perspectives.
Make a significant impact on customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multidisciplinary teams.
Contribute to the development of new products, processes, standards, and operational plans aligned with functional goals.
Communicate complex ideas effectively and influence others.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a
combination of experience and education will be considered.
The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
