This opportunity is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong background in managing the performance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP) and maintaining quality control across properties.
What you'll do:
Overseeing the financial performance of the business unit
Identifying opportunities, engaging in client solicitations, proposal developments, and creating presentations for new business
Approving the hiring of contractors and subcontractors based on facility needs, implementing bidding procedures for contract maintenance activities
Directing the daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems
Approving annual operating budgets
Providing formal supervision to employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and overseeing recruitment
Coordinating and managing the team's daily activities, establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and mentoring staff
Applying robust knowledge of multiple disciplines and business drivers to impact departmental and cross-functional performance
Leading by example and modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline (preferred) with 8-12 years of relevant experience. Experience and education combinations in lieu of a degree will be considered
Experience leading APAC Ops would be preferred
Exposure working in Financial Services Industry is ideal
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to set, manage and achieve targets
Exceptional communication skills - strong client management
Experience in developing and managing organizational budgets
