About The Role

In CBRE Digital and Technology space, we are building a leading facility management experience and data-driven technology workplace. CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are seeking an experienced D&T Manager for our local APAC business. Ideally located in Singapore.

The successful candidate will work in the Digital & Technology team for Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), reporting to the APAC Local D&T Director. The role is responsible for the CBRE products, sales and solution, delivery, service, and support for the business within the context of CBRE Group standard and strategy. This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business across multiple countries in APAC with a varied client base.

What You’ll Do

  • Member of the APAC Local business team sharing accountability for the overall growth, profitability, and successful operation of the business.

  • Creates and communicates technology strategy, vision and roadmap for the APAC Local business and clients, together with the APAC Local D&T Director.

  • Point of Contact for all technology discussion in-region. Maintain the relationship between APAC Local business and D&T, ensuring communication flows seamlessly.

  • Partner with different technology product and support team, to be the bridge between Business and D&T.

  • Work with APAC Local business sales and operation team on bids regarding D&T solutions and costing. Supporting sales technology presentation and demo.

  • Oversee of in-region technology products and support.

  • Oversee technology transitions.

  • Partner with CBRE SmartFM and APAC Local D&T Director to develop the APAC SmartFM strategy and product.

What You’ll Need

  • Ideal candidates will have experience in providing technology sales and solution support to business. Experience in technology presentation and demo to client.

  • Strong stakeholder management to communicate and influence different levels and teams.

  • Acute understanding from both business and technology perspective.

  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to write clear, compelling, business cases and benefits, accommodating input from multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset to identify gaps and provide options.

  • Strong mental agility to respond to events in a flexible way and move with different ideas.

  • Commitment to team goals and strong self-awareness.
