Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Facility Managers, Facility Coordinator and Admin personnel on IFM.

  • Single Point of Contact for GC Client Relations and escalations. Liaise with Customers and Clients as required.

  • Be the Face of CBRE and strive for excellence.

  • Be the Role model for EHS Activities and Clients Requirements.

  • Responsible for SLA’s and KPI’s Delivery of the all locations as per the Scope of work.

  • Responsible for the Customer Satisfaction and survey feedback to be on above Satisfaction level.

  • Own the commercial aspects of the contractand glide path savings from the baseline.

  • Work closely with the Regional and Global teams to achieve all the account objectives and initiatives.

  • Responsible for the EHS deliverables and safe working along with the Account and Country EHS Manager

  • Identify New cost savings ideas and initiatives to drive cost efficiency.

  • Responsible for the P&L of the Region for FM, Extra works and Adhoc Projects.

  • Run the Monthly, Quarterly Meeting with Client and close out reports

  • Identify New opportunities for growth within the account and new Scope opportunities.

  • Work with the other regional and Global teams to bring in the best practice to the region.

  • Liase with Finance Team on the Monthly Financial Reports, Updating the monthly Cost Tracker, and manage vendor payments if escalated.

  • Work with the Regional Operations Lead on the Operational objectives.

  • Responsible for Staff OT and Transport Cost and manage the Expenses within the approved budget.

  • Conduct Weekly Team Meeting and Client Interaction meetings

  • Work on the Technical aspects of the facilities and work on the asset life cycle management.

  • Constantly work on improving the operational efficiency and work with vendor partners to achieve it.

  • Work closely with the Regional and Country Procurement team to achieve the 3 rd party cost targets

  • Ensure that the Vendors perform the work in a safe and compliant manner.

  • Manage and recruit the suitable team required to perform the operations

  • Provide clients with solutions on the daily operations and close out the issues.

  • Work with the Legal Team on the contracts.

  • Work in partnership with the client’s regional lead and country representatives.

Required Knowledge, Skills and traits :

  • At least 10 years’ experience in the Facility Management Space.

  • Excellent communication skills and Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • Possess Technical & Hard services knowledge.

  • Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks

  • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team.

  • Confident and assertive where required.
