· Lead and manage technicians, provide technical support in their work, guide and assist to ensure they can execute and deliver optimum services.

· Knowledge of HVAC system and the normal operation logic of HVAC system.

· 熟知HVAC系统以及运行逻辑。

· Familiar with the maintenance and repair of air conditioning terminal systems, including FCU/PAU/AHU units, VRV and split air conditioners, etc.

· 熟悉空调系统的末端维护以及维修，包括FCU/PAU/AHU /VRV和分体空调等。

· Inspects building HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.

· 压力问题：不同压力表的使用，快速判断造成压力不满足要求的底层（影响风速的底层原因）原因，并提出解决方案，现场快速解决。

· TemperatureIssues:Quicklyresolvesituationswherethetemperatureistoohighortoolow.

· 温度问题：快速解决温度过高过低的情况。

· Humidityproblem:Throughon-siteinvestigation,thehumidityproblemisdetermined,andsolutionsareproposedtosolveitquicklyonsite.

· 湿度问题：通过现场排查，确定湿度问题，并提出解决方案，现场快速解决。

· Condensateproblem:Determinethesourceofcondensatethroughon-siteinvestigation,andproposesolutionstosolveitquicklyonsite.

· 冷凝水问题：通过现场排查确定产生冷凝水的源头， 并提出解决方案，现场快速解决 。

· Odorproblem:Quicklylocatethesourceofodorandprovidesolutionstosolveitquicklyonsite.

· 异味问题：快速锁定异味源头，并提供解决方案，现场快速解决。

· Performs assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.

· 执行指定的维修、紧急维护和预防性维护。按要求完成维护和维修记录。

· Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

· 对紧急情况迅速做出反应，根据需要召集额外的援助。

· Ensure reactive maintenance is well managed and orderly executed in a timely manner.

· Ensuring emergencies, breakdowns and unforeseen work requests are responded to and properly addressed in accordance with agreed service levels.

· 独立完成简单供应商维修及改造工作的全流程，需求发送，方案审核，现场勘察，时间约定，施工监管，完工验收，竣工图审核，完工报告编写！

· When multiple suppliers participate, organize pre-renovation meetings, pre-construction meetings, and rectification meetings, and form meeting minutes and archive them at the same time

· 多供应商参与时，组织改造前会议，施工前会议，整改会议，同时形成会议纪要并存档

· Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Vocational schoolor High school above education

8 year’s relevantexperience in maintenance or repair in critical facility.

Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and understanding of all applicable practices and techniques, laws, project controls and environmental regulations to include safety regulations.
