About the Role:

As aCBREWorkplace ExperienceAssociate,you willbe responsible for deliveringworld-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.

This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You’ll Do:

  • First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcomingdemeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols. Escort visitors to the proper location.

  • Makea memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner.Create presentations and speak tovarious-sizedgroups.

  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, andbusiness activities on behalf oftherequestor.

  • Approvejanitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Address issues with vendors or staff as needed.

  • Resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customerservice-drivenmanner.

  • Overseesupport fortheteam as directed including office supply management, meeting coordination,and equipment care.

  • Reviewcustomized client materialsto ensure theyfollow brand guidelines.

  • Followproperty-specificsecurity and emergency procedures. Notify management to ensurethesafety of all individuals in the building.

  • Deliver new hire orientation,training,and coaching.Create presentations and speak tovarious-sizedgroups.

  • Follow specific directions as given bythemanager and work under minimal supervision.

  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.

  • Impactown team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.

  • Suggestimprovements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

  • Evaluate and communicateunusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma orGEDwith 3-4 years of job-related experience.

  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and conceptswithinown job function isrequired.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.

  • Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Host Meeting and Event Specialistposition is $84,000 annually [or $40.38 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Host Meeting and Event Specialist position is $90,000 annually [or $43.26 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
