Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Review architectural and structural plans to verify accuracy and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with construction teams, providing guidance on code compliance and addressing any concerns.
Document inspection findings, prepare detailed reports, and communicate recommendations for corrective actions.
Stay informed about relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in building construction and project management, preferably in Large scale hospitality (Resort) and/or Industrial projects
In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
