ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising the interior fit out works, coordination with sub-contractors.
Co-ordinate with Architect, Structural & M & E staff member to resolve any related problems and issues.
Conduct site inspection & site measurements & etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural/Building with minimum 5 years' experience in a Large scale hospitality (Resort) and/or Industrial projects.
Good knowledge of architectural specifications and requirements.
Possess strong flair for construction drawings.
