About the role:
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Procurement Consultant at CBRE Group, a world-class company in the United States. As a Procurement Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving flawless procurement processes and strategies that will contribute to the success of our organization.
What you'll do:
Determine procurement strategies and initiatives to optimize cost savings and drive efficiency.
Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Stay informed about industry trends and recommended strategies in procurement to continuously improve our processes.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Procurement Consultant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to determine cost-effective solutions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively work together with colleagues and suppliers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
