The Opportunity
Work on an A-Grade, premium commercial asset in Perth for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall.
Manage two direct reports based within local assets
Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of Facilities Management services, tenant liaison and contractor management.
Risk management compliance and sustainability initiatives
Manage operating expenditure, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting.

Senior/experienced Facilities Manager across premium commercial assets
Strong people management skills, comfortable developing and mentoring staff
Excellent communicator able to build strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders
