The Opportunity

  • Work on an A-Grade, premium commercial asset in Perth for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall.

  • Manage two direct reports based within local assets

  • Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of Facilities Management services, tenant liaison and contractor management.

  • Risk management compliance and sustainability initiatives

  • Manage operating expenditure, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting.

About you

  • Senior/experienced Facilities Manager across premium commercial assets

  • Strong people management skills, comfortable developing and mentoring staff

  • Excellent communicator able to build strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders
