About the Role:
As a CBRE Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will manage a team responsible for a range of financial and reporting activities.
This job is part of the Financial Planning and Analysis job function. They are responsible for the short and long-term financial planning and analysis of business operations.

Month End Close Deliverables
Employee level analysis vs underwriting
Transition Cost analysis vs underwriting
Reimbursed Comp Planning
Finance Approver for Workflows
Month End Review with Accounting
Aged A/R Monitoring
Backup for AMS PM Finance Director
Ad-Hoc Reporting
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. This can include work schedules, assign tasks, cross-training staff, set and tracking staff and department deadlines.
Support client budgeting and forecasting and prepare clear reporting and insightful findings.
Conduct financial and business studies and other duties as assigned by management.
Perform detailed P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet analysis, identifying business trends, risks and opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Participate in the research, development, and preparation of accounting policy and procedures, as required.
Consult with management on financial policies, procedures, and applications.
Participate in projects, relating to pricing, new project cost & savings tracking, and long-term planning.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Big 4 experience preferred.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
