About The Role:

The Senior Guest Relations Representative acts as the first point of engagement at the Avenue Lounge with team members, customers and visitors alike, creating a warm, supportive and service-oriented atmosphere that enhances the Experience.

They are responsible for providing employee/tenant-facing workplace services and front-of-house reception including but not limited to greeting visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, answering and directing calls, assisting with transportation, wayfinding, advising on local attractions and other service-based or administrative tasks as assigned.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcomes tenants/employees and communicates to tenants any clients, applicants, and visitors.

  • Responsible for responding promptly with accurate and thorough information according to the specific requests from tenants, employees and visitors.

  • Provides personal services to employees, tenants and guests including office wayfinding, lobby appearance management, visitor volume tracking & reporting, reception services, visitor refreshments, storytelling & campus tours, tenant building inductions, guest & administrative support.

  • Maintains vendor services including transportation sources, accommodations, and referral contacts. May arrange convenience/hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations, umbrella, charger and ancillary services hire etc.

  • Supports with meeting and events tasks if applicable as assigned. May assist with scheduling, stocking and coordinating setup conference/meetings rooms, arranging for meeting equipment (i.e. projectors, video/web conferencing), ensuring equipment is in good operating condition for events, coordinating catering, securing approvals for catering expenses and reviews invoices to arrange billing to appropriate department or business unit.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree or professional hospitality accreditations preferred.

Prior Customer Service experience required.

A minimum of 1 year of Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of the surrounding area and all recreational, hospitality and business related information.

Equal Pay Disclaimer

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the SeniorGuest Relations Representativeis $48,000 annually and the maximum salary for the SeniorGuest Relations Representativeis $58,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
