About the Role:

As a part of the CBRE Program Analyst business unit, you will be responsible for the preparation, evaluation, and presentation of research results for projects overseen by the team. This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.

This role will have oversight of contractual obligations to support and provide high quality artwork inventory management services to our client. These services include but are not limited to cataloguing existing art within the assigned sites throughout the Americas and EMEA, leading annual inventory checks, and conducting installation and ongoing care programs to ensure inventory management expectations are met for all assigned sites within the Americas and EMEA. This position will teach inventory practices to onsite contacts throughout the assigned sites, as well as review and edit data once inventory is completed and before delivering final product to Client. Position will manage with onsite communication contacts and vendors, distilling information to Client in organized manner during regular check-in meetings.

What You’ll Do:

Artwork Inventory and Coordination

  • Review art inventory metadata to ensure art inventory delivery accurately reflects entire scope of art objects. Coordinate and manage art inventory data collection at site level.

  • Ensure that Client-designated timelines are met, and cataloguing aligns with guidelines and best practices.

  • Manage communication and scheduling with CBRE-contracted vendors related to artwork installations and deinstallations, shipping, and conservation.

  • Manage communication with Real Estate contacts to monitor office decommissioning schedule. Ensure that deinstalled works are transferred to appropriate fine art storage following office decommissions.

  • Maintain live progress tracker for inventory schedule, decommissioning, and installation tasks at site level, with the goal of reporting against forecasted deliverables and Client expectations.

  • Proactively monitor condition of artworks on an ongoing basis and alert Client of any damage or works in need of conservation.

  • Prepare artwork condition reports for Client in case of artwork damage or movements.

  • Conduct research to identify artist signatures and artwork details for existing inventory works.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in history of art preferred with up to 3-5 years of relevant experience with artwork cataloguing, condition reporting, and CMS software. High level of accuracy and attention to detail required. In lieu of a degree, a combination of art world experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • Strong communication skills.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Program Analyst position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Program Analyst position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
