Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide analytical support to the asset management organization through research, data collection and data management for internal and external reporting and for the decision-making process.

We have a great inhouse role available in our Milan office for an Asset Management Analyst who is looking for his/her next career step!
You will be responsible for providing analytical support through research, data collection and data management of information for the asset management organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and analyzing asset performance from various perspectives (e.g. financial, operational, ESG metrics etc.)
• Assisting asset managers in the budgeting and forecasting process of the assets/portfolio gathering all the inputs and preparing the cash flow models
• Coordinating data collection, auditing data quality, populating internal databases, performing data aggregation and analysis to support accurate key metric reporting and the decision-making process
• Reviewing accuracy of information provided by external and internal sources and responding to requests from management
• Assisting in the identification of new reporting requirements
• Providing proactive input for the improvement and maintenance of internal reporting IT tools
• Assisting in generating Business-As-Usual reports
• Preparation of inputs for property valuations process and performing checks on the correctness of valuations
• Preparation of ad-hoc presentations/analysis and responding to information requests from management
The Successful Candidate:
• Economic or Financial Master’s Degree
• One/two years of experience, preferably in a Real Estate Company
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian both written and verbal
• Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills
