The Opportunity
Work alongside an energetic and growing team within CBRE
Varied valuation work with a broad range of clients across all property sectors nationally
Ability to grow relationships and service Valuer General Victoria panel appointments
Ability to carve out your own niche eg Compulsory Acquisition / Compensation / Ratings
Excellent long term and career promotion opportunities
About you:
AAPI with CPV qualification Valuer/Senior Valuer with ambitions to progress
Self-motivated with 1 to 5 years’ valuation experience with a Government Advisory background
Required knowledge of the Valuation of Land Act 1960 (VIC)
Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations looked upon favourably
Have the ability to travel intrastate and nationally for client commitments
