We have multiple openings for proactive Leasing Paralegals to join our highly regarded CBRE – ISPT Property Management team. In this key role, you will work closely with the CBRE Property Management Finance and legal team members. Manage and administer lease agreements, ensuring compliance with lease terms while providing support to the wider property management team.

Here’s what you will focus on;

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, amendments and renewals

  • Ensure compliance with lease terms, rent payments, lease audits, bank guarantee and lease incentive management.

  • Lease abstracting and summarisation ensuring lease agreements summary highlighting key terms and conditions

  • Lease renewal and termination management – expiration dates and termination processes

  • Compliance and audit management of lease agreements

About you:

  • Previous experience in lease administration property management, administration, property law or paralegal

  • An understanding of lease issues, licenses, legislation and property documentation desirable

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Highly organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail

  • The initiative and drive to take ownerships of your matters and client portfolios.
