The Opportunity
Work across an industrial asset portfolio for our prestigious client account: Charter Hall
Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services across the assets
Responsible for managing building contractors and their performance
To be responsible for the efficient, safe, cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of all services
To support the property teams through operational and facilities management delivery and advice

About you
Hard services Facilities management experience (industrial assets beneficial)
Trade or operations background
Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders
Have a vehicle and able to travel within Melbourne metro
