The Opportunity

  • Work across an industrial asset portfolio for our prestigious client account: Charter Hall

  • Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services across the assets

  • Responsible for managing building contractors and their performance

  • To be responsible for the efficient, safe, cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of all services

  • To support the property teams through operational and facilities management delivery and advice

About you

  • Hard services Facilities management experience (industrial assets beneficial)

  • Trade or operations background

  • Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders

  • Have a vehicle and able to travel within Melbourne metro
