Role Purpose

The candidate will be working with the National Rating team to ensure that key roles are carried out to support our national business. The role will require a candidate to work independently with an elevated level of accuracy managing a varied and busy workload.

The rating team is a diverse team, predominately based in London but covering all the country. The team continues to grow year on year both from a people and revenue perspective and with these comes a variety of work and opportunities. We are looking for enthusiastic people who wants to be part of the team.

This role can be based in Manchester or Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the Check, Challenge & Appeal system on behalf of CBRE and its clients

  • To work with clients by phone or in person to register them on the government gateway system.

  • To register clients, claim properties and keep CBRE / clients records up to date.

  • Update, maintain and work with our system suppliers to keep our platforms accurate and up to date.

  • Assist colleagues to extract data and run reports and assist with navigating the CCA system.

  • Carry out client billing for 2 National clients.

  • Work with HMRC & VOA to maintain our systems

  • Review all process and create guides and process maps to cover all admin roles
