Integrated into the Property Management Department and reporting to the Director of Innovation, the person will be responsible for the marketing, implementation and support of the digital solutions of the business line, as well as devising new digitalization solutions that meet the needs of the office business line and customers.

You will have to meet both revenue and tool usage targets and be the link between clients, management, and Experience Managers or Property Managers to optimize the use and functionalities of the different solutions.

The position has the following main functions:

Organisational:

§ Coordination of the Community/Experience Management teams, Property Management, Asset Managers and technical support teams both own and those of the different vendors with whom we work.

§ Coordination of the different contracted projects in their different phases of development (negotiation, consultancy, contract signing, consultancy, user support, etc.)

§ 24-hour response to internal and external customers.

Area: Community/Experience Managers (Marketing) and Management/PMs

§ Reactive and proactive support for teams working on a day-to-day basis with the different digital solutions.

§ Work with the different assets to improve the use of the tools and digitize all processes between tenants and management.

§ Identify opportunities from the various solutions in the assets together with the PMs

§ Training of internal users in the different tools

§ Set the objectives for the use of the tools to the internal users involved.

§ Monitoring of the KPIs of the use of the tools for each asset/user.

Area: Financial

§ Responsible for meeting the income and expenditure objectives of the area.

Área: Digital & Technology

§ Periodic follow-up meetings with the Product Owners and/or vendors of each solution, monitoring the status of the development roadmap, making new requests for needs, etc.

§ Have a good understanding of all the functionalities of the tools to be able to sell the solutions seamlessly to customers.

§ Ensure that projects are delivered in a timely manner.

§ Creating links and synergies with the Retail Intelligence department

Area: Commercial

§ Support the innovation manager in presenting proposals to customers and following up on them.

• Have a good relationship with the PMs of the office teams to identify and raise opportunities for the different solutions.

Area: Innovation

· Seek new digital solutions that meet the needs of both customers and businesses.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Law / Economics / Engineering - Real Estate/Investment

Postgraduate studies related to Digitalisation or Innovation are an asset.

Minimum experience:

At least 5 years working in the Real Estate sector in offices or as product owner o manager of digital solutions.

§ Accustomed to being exposed to dealing with customers.

§ English level: very high (at least C1 / Advanced)
