Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estates! For our ESG-Sustainability department in Luxembourg, we're currently looking for an ESG Consultant. You will be responsible for managing the implementation and reporting of ESG strategy for our clients (developer, investors, building- owners and tenants), delivering measurable improvements in ESG performance and engagement, in support of our clients' business objectives. Your duty is both technical and administrative ranging from technical consultancy to buildings assessment and certification. What’s in it for you?

• Delivering a variety of energy consultancy services to Clients and provide expert energy advice to internal and external stakeholders. Services include:

• Energy and Carbon audits (including analysis of Building Management System (BMS) strategies)

• Transition risk analysis (using CRREM or any relevant Net Zero framework)

• Support on the implementation of energy conservation measures effective data gathering, assurance and insight development

• Assist in the design, development, and evolution of the ESG strategies and guidance documents

• Responsible for the development, benchmarking, implementation and review of appropriate sustainability objectives, targets, and improvement programs

• Develop and maintain key client relationships and maximize opportunities for repeat business

Let’s talk about you

• You have at least 3 years work experience in in technical architecture or engineering and experience in the field of energy consulting, auditing, optimization, and certification both in case of new developments and existing buildings renovation

• You have experience with EPB- modelling and relevant legal – recognition

• You have pragmatic experience with energy auditing, knowledge of HVAC (including maintenance and operation) and in conducting decarbonization audits

• You have experience with one or more of the following certification schemes: BREEAM, WELL, LEED, GRESB

• You have experience in preparing corporate ESG/sustainability reports

• You have high oral and written advisory skills in French and/or English
