Senior Finance Manager - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Kings Cross / Russel Square)

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.We are recruiting aSenior Finance Managerto join the teamlocated in Kings Cross to cover a 12-month maternity period. You will be working for one of the most well-known Tech firms in the world and play a pivotal role in driving the success of the account for CBRE.
The successfulcandidatewillact as business partner to the UK&I operational account leads, building strong relationships to support their region of responsibility.
Role Summary :
Coach andmentor,a team of6direct reports to achieve their personal development goals
Develop good relationships with client finance & procurement contacts
Support all UK & Ireland bids and savings initiatives
Ensure high quality contractual and financial deliverables are produced in a timely manner
Process and authorising contract and budget variations
Responsibility for the production of budgets, forecasts and financial reporting and analysis
Presentation of account commercial reviews to the senior management team
Continuous review and implementation of process improvements to maximise efficiency
Ensure SOXcompliance at all times with no audit failures
Ensure targets are achieved for key account measures
Provide ad-hoc support to Finance Lead as required
Experience Required:
Qualified or accountant with proven experience in financialreporting /analysis
Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills
Ability to influence others and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent IT Skills with exposure to accounting packages
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to lead and inspire others
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Self-motivated, reliable and flexible team player
Ability to work on own initiative
