CBRE Portugal is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to grow our team of dedicated professionals of Property Management Services.
The role is based in the CBRE Lisbon office and may involve traveling throughout Portugal.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals, with knowledge and experience on technical installation projects and capable of working in different work environments.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Technical Consultant will support the Portfolio Manager in managing CAPEX investments associated to the real estate assets managed by CBRE, as well as in the daily activities regarding the management this assets. In this case, mainly composed of Industrial and Logistics buildings.
The candidate will be responsible for CAPEX Management and for the daily Operations of a set of assets, and will also provide support to the Portfolio Manager regarding all repairs and in the preparation of the portfolio investment plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation and execution of tender processes, to hire and manageofthird-party services related with CAPEX works;
Coordination of external technical teams;
Follow-up of works planning schedules;
Site management;
Planning and financial control of investments;
Support in the preparation and validation of works measurement reports;
Assisting in the drafting and presentation of periodic progress reports;
Monitoring of Health and Safety actions on site;
Preparation and follow-up of provisional handover minutes and technical documents;
WHAT CAN YOU OFFER US?
Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred);
5 years of professional experience in project management/construction work; coordination/supervision;
Planning and organisational skills;
Orientation towards deadlines and details;
Rigor and excellence in carrying out tasks;
High sense of responsibility;
Team spirit and ease of communication;
Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience;
Excellent user of MS Office tools;
Knowledge of CAD
Proficiency in English. Good knowledge of Spanish will be valued;
Driving licence.
