About the role

As a CBRE Digital Strategy & Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for a small team that focuses on the design, development, and administration of basic applications. This job is part of the Digital Strategy and Innovation job function. They are responsible for coordinating the implementation of new digital e-business options.

What you’ll do

  • Provide formal supervision to employees. Supervise the training and development of staff. Conduct evaluations and mentor. Coordinate the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

  • Complete the organization's digital strategy and handle the digital roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure initiatives integrate with the company's technology infrastructure.

  • Track and report the performance of department initiatives.

  • Document procedures and standards and identify where procedures are not aligned with business or audit standard controls.

  • Provide tiered digital & technology support for end users. Fix technical problems such as application performance issues or network connectivity problems.

  • Research application development, infrastructure, or service standards.

  • Identify and tackle technical and operational problems.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.

  • Apply knowledge of own field and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.

  • Identify, solve, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job

discipline and department.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Digital & Technology Manager position is $125,000.00 annually [or $60.09 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Digital & Technology Manager is $150,000.00 annually [or $72.11 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
