Job Title – Senior Service Charge Analyst
About the Role
SCH Analyst is responsible for operations in area of service charge reconciliation and query resolution and ensuring delivering accuracy and timing at desired level.
What You’ll Do
Performing operational activities in terms of service charge budgets processing in financial system and related to them; analyzing actuals vs budgeted costs; preparing financial reports.
Property service charge budgets analysis and entering them into the financial systems.
Ensuring correct allocation of forecasted costs on G/L accounts, tenants, and property units.
Adjusting of tenant fees for relevant sub-periods of the annual property budgets.
Issuing invoices for tenants.
Preparing budget documentations to be provided to tenants.
Direct communication with higher-lever local team’s representatives – property managers, accounting managers, directors.
Handling queries related to the budget process raised by local team.
Monitoring accuracy of own work.
Ensuring operations in line with department’s service level agreement, existing procedures, and guidelines.
Process documentation updates, including manuals, playbooks.
Active cooperation with other teams within the same department.
Supporting other team members in case of absences and/or increased workload.
Maintenance of ad hoc tasks, given by superior.
What You'll Need
4-5 year of experience in accounting department, at least 2 in RTR area.
Educational background (or in progress) in the areas like: finances, accounting, economy
Very good MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
Experience in Real Estate Market would be an asset.
Stand-alone approach to business challenges.
Strong communication skills.
