Job Title – Senior Analyst - RTR.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for the preparation of bespoke reporting to our internal or external stakeholders in line with internal or contractual KPIS

  • Responsibility for the preparation of Vat reporting

  • Preparation of financial Journals

  • Responsibility review of Trial Balance and corrective actions

  • Preparation of Reconciliations

  • Preparation of Vat returns to HMRC

  • Preparation of IPD returns

  • Preparing reconciliation of clients’ funds and ensuring cash is paid over to clients in line with agreed procedures

  • Preparing funding requests to support the cashflow management of the property in line with agreed KPIs

  • Responsibility for the preparation and completion of any Adhoc requests received with agreed quality and timeliness

  • Compliance with CBRE’s ISAE3402 control standard, along with any Client required control frameworks;

  • Attending internal meetings where required

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 3-10 years of relevant experience required.

  • Ability to interpret financial data

  • ACCA/CIMA preferred (or the ambition to work toward)

  • Experience in a professional financial services environment

  • Excellent and technical understanding of trial balance;

  • Solid understanding of VAT reporting

  • Sophisticated book keeping experience

  • Key analytical skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

  • Problem solving

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Numerical and analytically minded

  • Able to work independently with problem solving skills and technical aptitude to build controls and identify errors.
