We Offer
Job Description:
Generate the design brief after obtaining the client requirement.
Prepare presentation materials, including design data analysis, concept board/ mood board, design sketch (or rendering) & etc
Handle the materials for Landlord submission, tender drawing, & etc
Being a Checker of shop drawings provided by third parties, able to identify the non-conformity, provide advises and alternative solutions
Deliverables to meet deadlines
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Education, Qualification and Experience
Minimum 5 years of working experience in sizable companies. Candidates with more experience will be considered at the senior level.
Solid experience in space planning, design development, joinery detailing, FF&E specifications & etc
Experience in handling retail /commercial projects is preferable
Resourceful in material sourcing, sensitive to the latest design trend, and with problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop, some knowledge of rendering software such as 3D max, Sketchup, Revit or Rhino is an advantage
Knowledge of MOE, BFA, and Green buildings, is a plus
Work independently, team player, able to work under a tight schedule and with good communication and presentation skills
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
