Setting up and maintaining the property and building service files
Providing administrative support to the FM/AFM as required
Attending and contributing to team meetings and events as required
Support the FM/AFM in the keeping of records and producing of monthly reports as required
Ensure that local queries are resolved quickly and efficiently
Promote a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with current legislation and both Company and Client policy, taking a co-ordination role in health and safety control, training, inspection and risk assessments. Control all third-party activities on sites ensuring safe methods of working, permits to work, etc are issued.
Ensure all quality systems and procedures are followed.
Assisting in the procurement of goods and services as required.
Depending on the requirements of the Leeds NBH Site, duties will include but are not limited to.
· Meter Readings
· Audio Visual set-ups
· Arranging courier requests
· Basic fabric repair and minor moves
· Management of incoming and outgoing business mail
· Minor porterage requests
· Site Admin/Documentation collation & compliance
· Delivering and ensuring the completion of actions from workplace inspections, site audits and service audits.
· Maintain stock control systems as directed
Maintain the cleanliness of all designated areas including interceding where necessary.
· Provide support and cover to other service stream (Cleaning/Reception/FM) where required and appropriate.
· Regular floor walking and customer engagement
· Security periodic checks to include fire exit checks, disabled and lift alarms, AED and first aid kits and other planned H&S inspections.
· 1st line assessment of MFD or reprographics equipment
· Subcontractor escorting and related checks and measures
Accountabilities:
● Reporting to a CBRE AFM / FM
● Accountability to the CBRE functional heads, as appropriate.
● Accountable day-to-day to the relevant client contacts
● Accountable for completion of planned tasks in line with schedules
● Accountable for reactive tasks in line with SLA and KPI’s
● Accountable for adherence with CBRE and Centrica’s quality and safety guidance
