About the role
The Associate Broker will support the Team directly and work closely with clients and other teams within CBRE.
What you’ll do
Secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional CBRE services to current client base.
Provides tenants, landlords and clients with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.
Accompanies prospective clients to property tours to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.
Compiles property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for tenant or landlord representative assignments.
Prepares Request for Proposals (RFP) and reviews RFP responses. Analyzes data and prepares financial analysis, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
Gathers and coordinates materials for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sale agreements.
Ability to understand and aggregate a financial analysis.
Reviews term sheets and lease amendments.
Expand and maintain social media presence.
Engages in local business community and charitable events, as well as industry and professional associations for the purpose of creating new contacts and generating new business.
Methodical expertise development of CBRE platform – master a new service and capability every 30 days.
Stay informed about current events through news, website and technology tools. Create and Identify action plan to target fast growing companies and industries (pharma, technology, etc.)
