About the role

The Associate Broker will support the Team directly and work closely with clients and other teams within CBRE.

What you’ll do

  • Secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional CBRE services to current client base.

  • Provides tenants, landlords and clients with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.

  • Accompanies prospective clients to property tours to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.

  • Compiles property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for tenant or landlord representative assignments.

  • Prepares Request for Proposals (RFP) and reviews RFP responses. Analyzes data and prepares financial analysis, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.

  • Gathers and coordinates materials for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sale agreements.

  • Ability to understand and aggregate a financial analysis.

  • Reviews term sheets and lease amendments.

  • Expand and maintain social media presence.

  • Engages in local business community and charitable events, as well as industry and professional associations for the purpose of creating new contacts and generating new business.

  • Methodical expertise development of CBRE platform – master a new service and capability every 30 days.

  • Stay informed about current events through news, website and technology tools. Create and Identify action plan to target fast growing companies and industries (pharma, technology, etc.)

  • Other duties may be assigned.
