Job Summary

A Receptionist reports to the Asst. Facilities Manager and is responsible for greeting visitors, managing appointments, answering phone calls, handling mail and providing general administrative support. They often serve as the first point of contact in the office, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient communication between all parties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Issue lockers and pedestals to employees.

  2. Handle concerns and complaints from both staff and visitors.

  3. Receive guests and visitors at the front desk.

  4. Host weekly coordination meetings within the team.

  5. Handle the processing of permits.

  6. Receive and manage deliveries for the facility.

  7. Conduct daily walkthroughs of the premises.

  8. Answer incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate parties.

  9. Process any necessary permits.

Requirements

  1. Open to fresh graduates.

  2. Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.

  3. Possesses good communication skills and English proficiency, both verbal and written.

  4. Has a pleasing personality, welcoming demeanor, lively and energetic, and is approachable.

  5. Preferably has Safety Officer 1 (SO1) training, but this is negotiable and can be certified once onboarded.

  6. Fast learner with a willingness to continually grow and adapt.

  7. Should be amenable to work Monday to Friday in a mid-shift schedule starting at 10am.
