  • Work for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) who are leaders in the facilities management industry.

  • Position based in Darwin, Northern Territory

Here's a snapshot of your day:

  • Being the first point of contact for raising and managing reactive and preventive workorders

  • Processing calls and email and monitor complaints/escalations.

  • Raise purchase/service orders and process invoices.

  • Be system champion - CMMS, FMS and Finance Systems

  • Monitor spend on the account and review account revenue & margin streams.

  • Vendor management by tracking and monitoring vendor works and vendor coordination.

  • Prepare customer reports and dashboards.

  • Ensure QHSE documentation are well maintained on CBRE systems.

Skills and experience you'll need to thrive in this role:

  • Higher educational qualifications or degree

  • Excellent PC based skills, with a high level of experience in Word/Excel and Outlook – intermediate to advance level.

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in Finance & Administration is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and draft correspondence and documentation.

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
