Job Summary:
Stores Executive is responsible to for the Purchase Activities with respect to Facility Management Functions and Inventory Management including Stores management (receipt and issue of materials).
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Reports to Property Manager.
· Inventory Management and ensure that minimum stock levels are maintained.
· Procurement of spares and other consumables adhering to the purchase guidelines specified by the client, through the approved and empaneled vendors.
· Carry out price negotiations and cost analysis to bring substantial savings and IPR raised after confirming the vendor registration.
· Obtain competitive offers and submit to client for approval and procurement.
· Ensure the ordered material from the vendor pool at the prescribed approved rates at pre-defined Re-Order levels.
· Analysis spare or consumable consumption and share with management.
· Co-ordinate in preparing of purchase request as and when required and ensure procurement is completed as per requirements.
· Issue of materials against material issue requisition slip duly approved by the respective Department Managers / Shift Engineers.
· Maintaining Inventory Register – Manual and Electronic.
· Disposal of waste Oil and other scraps as perthe client guidelines.
· Ensue that materials received in time against PO terms and invoice with necessary supporting documents are received and forwarded to accounts for payment processing.
· Tracking of Budget allocation Vs Spending in head wise and MIS are prepared for management review.
· Ensure 5 S procedures are maintained at all times.
· Develop vendors to support site during an emergency situation
· Provide necessary details on time for MIS
Qualification & Experience: Any graduate with minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
