Front office executives are responsible for managing the front desk and reception area of an office. Serving as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors and provide support for reception and guest services, mail services, phone, meeting rooms and location services.

Role and Responsibilities:

1.To Greet and assist senior management, visitors and guest.

2.Organising and arranging required things for guests.

3.Ability to conduct safety and compliance briefing to visitors and guests.

4.Must have knowledge about Chennai region in and around surroundings to locate and assist as and when required.

5.Collect and collate data and ability to prepare reports and submit on time to management.

6.Plan, organise, arrange necessary things for front office in all aspects etc.

7.Should have good system knowledge to do create, preparation of reports.

8.Should have Good, professional mail communication skill.

9.Should be able to work as an individual and to coordinate with Facility manager and admin team as well.

10.Must have a tracker to monitor the consumables and should aware about basic procurement procedures.

11.Should collaborate with House Keeping team and ensure that the reception, cabins, recreation rooms are neat and tidy and secured always.

12.Should adhere and align with the tasks assigned through Facility manager and admin team and proactive skills preferred to plan for preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports.

Language: Should be fluent in English for both writing and verbal communication.

Work Location: Across Chennai.

Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate with minimum 1 to 3 years in Front office management.
