About The Role:

Manage a variety of financial activities, drives region/client account performance and satisfaction. Provide complex business support for a property management region and/or specific client groups.

Perform, supervise, and coordinate various regional, client account and department administrative, process improvement and financial functions.

Act as a liaison between the field management staff, PM Accounting and PM Leadership Team to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery.

Minimal degree of travel is required (less than 25%.)

What You'll Do:

Develop strategic plans and manages preparation of annual budgets, monthly reports and financial projects for Managing Directors, Senior Managing Directors and the Chief Financial Officer for the line of business and/or client account.

Prepare, review and monitor monthly reports including AR, income, EBITDA, pipeline and other business metrics. Identify and comment on trends for management.

Manage database of management and leasing contract information. Key data to update and maintain database records.

Interpret information for SMD, CFO or client account leadership.

Analyze income and expense trends to find opportunities to improve profitability. Recommend revised controls and implements improvements as approved by management.

Serve as liaison between client account SPOC, local LMA/PM leadership, and PM Accounting to provide high quality and consistent service delivery and ensure compliance with client requirements and CBRE Global Standards.

Lead and facilitate communication of standard processes, policies, procedures and initiatives to support field operations.

Ensure shared knowledge to implement process improvements. Facilitate process improvement by engaging appropriate resources in issue identification and resolution.

Monitor and supervise submission of reports/request timelines; Compile and review statistics and market data required for acquisitions, transitions and proposals.

Coordinate and supervise lease abstract efforts throughout the region/ local markets /strategic accounts utilizing local market resources.

Responsible for training respective region on oPx, Variance Writing and Analysis, Financial Reporting, Client Reporting and Lease Administration, customer service processes.

Coordinate Corporate People initiatives with field such as hiring, onboarding, required postings, licensure tracking, training, program implementation, and performance management tracking.

May act as proxy for approver for Manager Self Service approval transactions. Assist Platform Leaders by performing administrative responsibilities which may include the maintenance of client records and files, answering and directing calls, scheduling and maintaining calendar appointments, meeting and travel coordination.

Provide support to PM Operational Excellence Director or lead new client transition and client termination processes for the assigned region, ensuring compliance with defined CBRE Global Operating Standards.

Serve as or partner with primary point of contact with client accounts and ensures high client satisfaction. Administer the internal compliance review process. Prioritize, schedule and conduct compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and works with local/regional management to improve operation compliance.

May provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination.

Effectively recommends same for subordinates to next-level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies.

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from four year college or university plus a minimum of 5 years real estate related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience leading office operations in a customer-centric service firm in multiple locations along with accounting and business analytics back is helpful.

  • Real Estate license preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

  • Requires sophisticated knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate advanced figures. Conducts advanced financial analysis. Highly proficient in the Pricing Model. Able to guide others, evaluate profitability or business viability to make best decisions around existing and new business opportunities.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

Focus on project planning and execution within time and budget constraints. Adept at problem solving and decision making. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and timelines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project timelines. Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to department.
