Manage two premier commercial assets in the CBD

Brisbane CBD | Land of the Turrbal people

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to manage two premier commercial buildings in the CBD. Reporting to the State Director and fully supported by a network of property professionals, you will be accountable for the cost-effective operations, maintenance, and the management of all services within the assets.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;

• Manage services supporting building environments and specialist service providers including but not limited to essential fire safety systems, mechanical services, BMCS, UPS, Emergency Power Generation systems, critical environments, and hydraulic services.

• Manage operating expenditure and ensure efficient, sustainable and cost-effective maintenance and operation of all plant and equipment

• Manage Capital works and tenancy fit outs as required

• Carry out building inspections as required under the building’s operating model & action findings.

• Monitor, report and improve the Environmental performance of the asset

• Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our Tenants and Stakeholders

• Provide guidance and recommendations to our Client on technical and operational matters

Key strengths and experience you’ll need to be successful;

• Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Manager with a strong customer service ethos

• Sound ESG and WHS knowledge and experience

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Good understanding of various asset technologies such as BMS, CCTV, Access control

• Proven experience in managing services supporting critical environments

• Experience in managing Capital works and tenancy fit outs

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages and BMS systems
