About the Role:

As a CBRE Material Handling Sr. Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of raw materials, parts, and finished products between various production areas and commercial properties.

This job is part of the Material Handling job function. They are responsible for the incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products, and parts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with various departments to manage the efficient flow of all materials.

  • Create efficient shipping and production schedules. Identify and ensure the availability of all materials.

  • Coordinate with departments to make sure there is systematic movement of all materials. Check orders for inventory issues and send them to the production department.

  • Prepare reports for all materials and manage the transportation from one department to another.

  • Coordinate with all department managers to ensure accountability.

  • Maintain all sensitive data information and prepare appropriate project schedules.

  • Collaborate with the construction team to schedule all deliveries and manage all delays.

  • Apply compliance to all material requests.

  • Assemble required documents and drawings and maintain all files for delivery sites. Make efficient work schedules.

  • Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.

  • Evaluate and select solutions from established options.

  • Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.

  • Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. Valid Driver’s license required.

  • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.

  • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.

  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

*Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The salary range is $28 - $32 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
