1.精通工厂或研发大楼的供配电、柴油发电、UPS,中央暖通空调、给排水、压缩空气、BMS和建筑消防等厂务设施系统的工作原理及日常操作；

Proficient in the working principles and daily operation of plant facilities systems such as power supply and distribution, diesel power generation, UPS, central HVAC, water supply and drainage, compressed air, BMS and fire protection for the plant or R&D buildings;

2.熟知厂务设施系统的日常巡检和PPM维护的流程及程序，并按照主管的工作安排保质保量如期完成相关巡检查和PPM维护工作；

Familiar with the daily inspection and PPM maintenance process and procedures of the plant facilities system, and according to the supervisor's work schedule to complete the relevant inspection and PPM maintenance work on schedule with quality and quantity;

3.熟知热线工单处理流程，并按要求及时完成报修工单并做好相关记录；

Familiar with the hotline work order processing process, and according to the requirements of the timely completion of repair work orders and make relevant records;

4.熟知应急维修流程及现场处理：如漏水、停水、停电、停气及台风极端天气等；

Familiar with the emergency maintenance process and on-site processing: such as water leakage, water outage, power outage, gas outage and typhoon extreme weather;

5.完成上级主管交代的其他工作。

Completing other jobs as explained by supervisor.

二、安全管理Safety Management

1.熟知EHS政策及要求，并严格遵守；

Familiarize with EHS policies and requirements, and strictly comply with them;

2.按要求佩戴及督促承包商佩戴好相关PPE；涉及能源设施设备的维护维修，需按要求做好停电、停气、停水及安全泄压等工作，并应做好相关标定锁定等安全防护措施。

Wear and supervise contractors to wear the relevant PPE as required; maintenance and repair involving energy facilities and equipment, need to do the work of power outage, gas outage, water outage and safety pressure relief as required, and should do the relevant calibration locking and other safety protection measures.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

1.专业技能：熟练掌握厂务设施运维的专业知识，遇到技术故障具备专业的技术处理能力。

Professional skills: Master the professional knowledge of plant operation and maintenance, and have professional technical handling ability when encountering technical faults;

2.工作态度：遵章守纪，品行端正，讲求信用，公私分明。工作责任心强，尽责尽力完成本职工作；并能主动承担更多工作量，并保质保量完成部门临时安排的各项工作。

Work Attitude: Compliance with rules and regulations, good behavior, credit, public and private. Strong sense of responsibility, and do his/her own best to complete any work; and can take the initiative to take on more workload, and quality and quantity to complete the department's temporary arrangements for the work.

3.团队合作：服从性好，上级交办工作尽全力达成。严禁拉帮结派、恶意诽谤其它同事等不良形为；与其他同事合作融洽，互帮互助，提升工作效率。

Qualifications and Education:

1.中专或技校及以上学历；

Junior college, technical secondary school or above;

2.暖通、电气及自动化或机电一体化等相关专业；

HVAC, electrical and automation or mechatronics related majors;

3.5年以上厂务设施维护维修的工作经验；有相关研发大楼或电子、半导体工厂等工作经验优先；

More than 5 years working experience in maintenance and repair of plant facilities; working experience in R&D building or electronics or semiconductor factory is preferred;

4.持有效期内的电工或制冷操作证；

Hold the electrician or refrigeration operation certificate within the validity period;

5.电工或制冷中级及以上职业资格。

Intermediate qualification or above in electrician, refrigeration or fitter.
